1. Do not ask FOR comps, ask HOW to get comps

If you do, you will certainly get the cold treatment from the casino staff, and you would most likely have a difficult time obtaining other comps.
3. Never boast about your comps
Never treat a comp as if it were a piece of jewelry, as a status symbol. Remember this: comps are made to somehow offset how much you are losing at the games. Thus, if you get a free stay at one of the casino's suites, with full meal and beverage service, it only means that you have spent a lot and definitely lost a lot at the tables.
